  1. Statutory cost as per actual will be charged separately.
  2. Local Conveyance, Printing & Stationery and Out of Pocket expenses will be charged separately on actual basis.
  3. We will give you the requested docs complete in all respects within a reasonable time but within 4 days from the date of request except for a little documentation which usually takes more time to finish.
  4. All relevant documents, registers and returns shall be made available to us well in advance.
  5. Proper assistance, sitting arrangement and other required resources at your site to be provided to our team enabling it to render efficient services. 
  6. 100 % of the Total cost should be paid on confirmation of the assignment 
  7. Payment delayed by more than 30 days from the date of billing shall attract an interest of 18% per annum.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Ordinarily, no prior client has made any cancellation or asked for refund. Still, in future, if required it will be based on following terms:

  – If court has approved, and the agreement is signed but the work has not started, 90% of the amount will be refunded and 10% will be retained.

  – If court has approved and the agreement is signed and the work has also started , no cancellation will be made.
