| Finance Head | We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Head to lead our finance department and oversee all financial activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a preference for candidates who hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification. As the Finance Head, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of the company and providing strategic financial guidance to the management tea | Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Audit and Taxation: Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audit processes. Manage tax planning and compliance activities. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance and relevant updates to the Management, executive team, and other stakeholders. | Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
