He is a recently retired Bureaucrate of high administrative qualities and rich experience. He is presently a practicing advocate. He served the State/UT of Delhi and Puducherry and Govt. of India (MHRD) in various positions and in various departments for about 33 years.

He  superannuated as Secretary to Govt. of NCT of Delhi. He has served as Director and Managing Director of Many Govt. Companies. He got banking experience by virtue of working as Additional Administrator of Delhi State Cooperative Bank for about 2 years and Administrator of Delhi State Nagrik Cooperative Bank for about 8 months during the most difficult period of demonetization.

He is an experienced Arbitrator having worked in the office of Registrar of Cooperative Societies and empaneled Arbitrator of Delhi Jal Board.
