A commerce Graduate with additional degrees of LL.B. and Master Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Finance and Marketing. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS).

He holds various memberships in Chamber of commerce and trade associations of national repute. He is a life member of All India Management Association (AIMA).He is founder of the company and has been driving force.

He has been serving business community by helping them set-up, Run and grow since Aug 2000. His expertise lies in business strategy, Indian Business set-up, governance and He has been visiting and guest faculty and speaker at various seminars, classes organized by various institution of eminence, such as ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI, Patna women’s college, MDI, NISBUD, DMA, PHDCCI etc.
