Having rich experience of conducting Board Meetings with Independent and Nominee Directors on the Board, conducting of AGMs with large Shareholders base, interaction with SEBI, RoCs, Regional Director, Stock Exchanges, Reserve Bank of India and other Regulatory Authorities.

Knowledge of understanding relevant aspects of laws & keeping updated with the changes to ensure proper compliance of legislations. Possess ability to understand & analysis complex issues and resolve the issues with tact and intelligence. Having adequate knowledge to facilitate delivery of Merchant Banking and Corporate law Advisory & Consultancy Services.

Holding Graduate degree in commerce stream from Sambalpur University, Odisha and as well as a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
