He is a Commerce Graduate (B.Com), ACS (Associate Company Secretary). He has to his credit an Experience of 12.5 Years in the Secretarial, Legal, Finance, Corporate consultancy and Advisory under Labour and Commercial laws.

He has an excellent rapport and connections with various Government Departments of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), DGFT, Reserve Bank of India, Stock Exchanges etc.

He holded the following honored positions with Different Bodies:
* Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI),
* Ex- Chairman of Dehradun Chapter of ICSI.
* hairman and Secretary of Dehradun Chapter of ICSI.
