Ramesh Tiwari (Ex. IAS)


He is a recently retired Bureaucrate of high administrative qualities and rich experience. He is presently a practicing advocate. He served the State/UT of Delhi and Puducherry and Govt. of India (MHRD) in various positions and in various departments for about 33 years. He  superannuated as Secretary to Govt. of NCT of Delhi. During his postings in Govt. of NCT of Delhi he served as SDM/ADM/DM/DC in revenue Department, Joint Director Industries-GM (DSIIDC), Director (Consumer Affairs) ,Addl. Director Vigilance (DWS&SDU now Delhi Jal Board) Dy. Commissioner (MCD), Addl. Secretary in the departments of PWD, NCR Planning Board, Urban Development, Secretary cum Commissioner Labour, Secretary Agriculture cum Vice Chairman (DAMB), Secretary Delhi Minority Commission, Managing Director (Delhi Tourism) and Secretary of Art, Culture and Languages.

In Govt. of India he served as Director, Ministry of HRD.

In Govt./UT of Puducherry, he served as Secretary of about 14 Departments in Govt. of Puducherry including Environment, Transport, Industries, Agriculture, Science & Technology, Urban Development, Town & Country Planning.

He has served as Director and Managing Director of Many Govt. Companies:

He got banking experience by virtue of working as Additional Administrator of Delhi State Cooperative Bank for about 2 years and Administrator of Delhi State Nagrik Cooperative Bank for about 8 months during the most of difficult period of de-monetization.

He is an experienced Arbitrator having worked in the office of Registrar of Cooperative Societies and empaneled Arbitrator of Delhi Jal Board.

Pranav Kumar


A commerce Graduate with additional degrees of LL.B. and Master Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Finance and Marketing. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS). He holds various memberships in Chamber of commerce and trade associations of national repute. He is a life member of All India Management Association (AIMA).

He is founder of the company and has been driving force. Arpita Saxena


Ms. Arpita Saxena is a law graduate and Company Secretary with post graduate in Financial Management from department of Commerce, Barkatullah University, Bhopal. She has more than Nine years of experience in Corporate Secretarial Matters, Due Diligence, FEMA compliance, corporate advisory, client relationship and liaising with various regulatory authorities. She has been the lead secretarial auditor for various secretarial audits conducted by Pranav Kumar & Associates. She has handled assignments of making compliance mechanism for big corporates such as NSDC, OPAL, Bhilawara group, Banks and PNB gilts etc.
